Services
Henry Mediation P.A. has a proven track record helping parties resolve hard problems and cases. We offer mediation, training, arbitration and NDR services.
David W. Henry is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator who practiced law in Central Florida for more than 30 years and has been certified since 2006.
NDR is a method for resolving limited-stakes disputes (typically under $250K) where the parties create an ad-hoc arbitration format in which the neutral serves as a fact-finder and adjudicator in a final binding award. The NDR process affords the parties flexibility in process, timing, confidentiality, and avoids the administrative cost of formal arbitrations and 3-arbiter panels which may prove cost-prohibitive in limited stakes disputes. The parties submit preliminary information regarding the parameters of the dispute including the variety of documents and ESI to be reviewed as well as witnesses
David serves as an arbitrator for a variety of business and commercial disputes. His background includes extensive work as a lawyer or neutral in matters involving intellectual property and unfair competition, insurance companies and managing general agencies, community associations, fiduciary liability, construction, easements, real property, and non-medical professional liability.
With decades of experience in litigation and mediation, David offers highly effective mediation training for law firms, insurance carriers, and bar organizations.
